  1. I can't see how they can say there is no price protection. other options with more costs like color and such ok but over the months some option may cost more and stuff. Is the date of order and waiting line also still the same when changing an option?
  2. Skoda should word it all better so also when translating it should be beter understood. In my case the dealer does not know and has to inform himself, so still waiting on that. They should say - Wheel center caps , - Bolt cover Caps. then it is clear as day. The Vela, vega stuff should have been tought over better and make the same possibilities.
  3. I have been told the quartz grey is discontinued and is a lighter grey. This was aprox 2 months ago. The dealer said that all that have order back then has a chance to not get the quartz but the new light grey.
  4. Has been pretty confusing these alloys. On my order i can see Vega Aero alloy wheels + seperate line mentioning "with colored wheel caps". So even confusing on the order sheet. Asked the dealer to look into it maybe 2022 is different.. So i will give feedback but probably just like stated above.
  5. Yess but it seems those are for the Vela type wheels which look the same as the Vega but with the exception with an aero addon possibility. So the Vega Aero wheels are indeed full metal. I will give feedback if i have them myself.
  6. Well i just saw a guy that had them also ordered with wheel caps have taken them off. Aero Radkappen von Vela 18" entfernen - Startseite F... (motor-talk.de) Maybe still differences in some of the wheels. Well i ll see what it will give. Hope they can taken off tho
  7. At the content it sais wheel centre cap. I dont think instructions are needed for the actual middle cap as it probably allready is installed in the wheel, so it is refering to the aero blades. Thats what i make of it
  8. Yess as they are sold with or without aero but i have not asked the dealer If no one knows i will find out in few months
  9. The black aero thing can be taken off but cant find information if it just pull it out or need the bolts to take out first?
  10. Those that have vega aero wheels, can you pop out the aero cover easily without taking out the bolts?
  11. Feeling it shift is normal but clunk sounds while shifting is weird. Sounds missalligned i think
  12. I never had that clunk on my dq200 dsg 7 speed when downshifting. I am curious what others will say about it.
  13. At the scala topic you can find a videolink of the windscreen same as kamiq. Most say you wont see it if not focused on it. One person said it doed give like a blur on the lines at night with lights (brakes, stop lights..) i chosen it too as an option for the first time.so noy much bothered by it. I d rather have the extra help in winter
  14. Skoda is now like a premium brand with those prices e few years back it was still pretty affordable but now it is much more expensive. I do like the brand tho more than vw and audi
  15. Ok thank you and congrats with the new car
  16. Yeah read that the octavia and karoq have the new type. I hope scala and kamiq will have it too for the my2022 model but dont think so
  17. Thats great news ' also disable or memorise start/stop setting and enable memory last setting for lane assist? Thanks :) ps when did you order and received?
  18. Honestly these issues with the dsg are sinds the supposedly good fixes with the 1.2 engine from 2012 still flawed. The engine itself is fantastic but the DQ200 is a big hit or miss. Some drive +100k and some 30k. As long as they dont update the dsg box it will always exist. I do know tho that from some guys i know that tuned those tsi's and dsg's got 120k plus and still going strong without the lags and dips.
  19. On thinigieverse someone made a 3dprintable adjuster. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4525815 Might be a solution. And for the brightness:
  20. thanks @Wiegott i hope we can get used to it. First time having windshield heating
  21. i found a video showing the heated windshield and looks pretty ok
  22. thank you for the feedback, greatly appreciated. I did not find one in the showroom with heated windshield. I was hoping it would be invisible but most important is the ease of use during harsh winter thanks again !
  23. Hi, I wonder if the Scala has the newest tech for heated shield as mk4 which is invisible. Can anyone tell me and say if the lines are visible on the Scala? (maybe pictures if possible ) Thanks!!! Xxx
  24. Hi, Anyone has these models and can confirm if they are protected? Thanks,
  25. If it is a recent Scala then the sos module should be fixed. If not then that could be a culprit for the SoS calls. Try to overload the infotainment (connect, phone, start navi , start app,...) and see how it behaves. Probably a bad unit if it shuts off by itself.
