@Dean I believe the MkIII 2.0 190PS has a 60 litre tank with a six litre reserve so four litres short of the seventy. I suspect the 1.6 would have the same tank fitted 🤷‍♂️

Are you travelling somewhere where a ticket or travel pass, maybe even a toll payment is required? It could be a mispronounciation of the French for ticket or something.
