  1. I knew it was gonna be the tmc check your connections were tight many a person has had a problem, With similar engine codes poping up when the connections from sensor to tmc have come loose. This happened to a friend of sharkrider. Guess i was lucky never happened when i had a tmc fitted
  2. Silion hose might be same on throttle body coz dont skoda/seat/vw would go through the trouble of redesigning it. It is slightly different if i remember rightly the cupra has battery in different place so is angled slightly different, but should fit think theres a couple of posts from guys who have fitted this one
  3. The wheel bot cover thing does come with it, just shows that you no longer use this dealer, Phone skoda uk and state this you would at least expect to get the wee pilers as a sorry
  4. My vrs has it just hold the unlock button to undo and lock to do up. If it doesnt do it standard then vagcom would be the place to start but i wouldnt be able to give any information on values
  5. The roof is black due to it having 'the black pack' i.e wheels grill roof all black, Does look lowered in pics but without the number plate could be quite difficult to tell who's is who because they well.... All look the same
  6. If it stays on get to dealer and find out because this can happen on vrs with cold starts in the morning or if booted on some occassions, and most of the time a simple turn off and then back on solves it. I get epc light if i leave my vrs warming to clear ice of windscreen before work on some occassions. I think thr epc light is a warning triggered by exhaust system, if you look in hand book it will tell you for sure
  7. Hi guys got a dog couple of days ago and instead of its claws destorying the rear bumperjuat wondering what people are using, found this: http://www.theskodashop.co.uk/product/Rear_Bumper_Protection_Cover_-_Fabia_2_ZGB5J2072200 But wonderd if anyone had anything better?? Thanks again guys
  8. Its throttle sensetive due to the 'map' of the throttle pedal gives nearlly 100% of throttle at 75%ish of throttle pedal movement. I hear a lot of vags are set up like this. This can be and has been changed by a member cant remember who did it or who it was thou sorry. Theres many 'how i drive my vrs' thread on here me, i drive 'm' all the time but thats manly because i hate the change down on hills when theres no need for it to do so
  9. Torque (Nm):250 @ 200 RPM Torque Imp (lb/ft):184.4 @ 200 RPM Bloody hell it must wheel spin like a bitch lol
  10. Nearlly 15 thousand in running on 95 the whole time the orginal plugs are still going well, there's slight build up but nothing major
  11. Vaccum hose?? Mine was running okay but when stopped would sound unwell and then die
  12. The blank bulb that is in the headlight light of a vrs which would be a side light in any other fabia, to be wired up as a additional dipped beam using an hdi kit. The side light would remain the drl, well looking at your post its possible to connect to sidelight switch without throwing canbus error
  13. Well okay not using them as side lights but wondering if they would fit in the space that the side light would go?? What ive read its just a blank so thought i could put a hid in its place (i'm guessing its a big enough), might have to get a holder sorted out to keep secure If the above is possible, does anyone know if i could connect to dipped beam cable on switch without the canbus throwing an error (i know its throws error if too low a current is drawn but what if voltage is higher) If its not possible to connect to dipped beam i could fit a switch to turn off and on seperatly using heated seat blank space
  14. 14,000 miles on 95 apart from like 2 tanks, took spark plugs out about 1000 miles ago and looked fine wee bit of build up but nothing to be throwing toys out the pram about
  15. I use this after washing the car and its dried. Its so simple. Its brilliant for removing tar spots, which is the main reason i use it.
  16. I have a white vrs and its a tar magnet
  17. Lumpy idle from cold i think is pretty common atleast for the first 5mins
  18. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Polished-Alloy-T-Piece-2-50mm-1-25mm-T-BOV-/350588272135?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item51a0b07e07 With this you would only need a a small alloy pipe http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BLUE-Silicone-Hose-T-Piece-70mm-Straight-2-75-25mm-T-/300799716469?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item46090f6c75 loads of ways to do it guys The throttle body is 68mm (on vrs) Changing my lay out i think, goning to run a silcon t-piece: Then this (as ram air filter is upto 100mm) http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/100mm-70mm-ALLOY-PIPE-REDUCER-FOR-SILICONE-HOSE-/260905008870?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3cbf267ee6
  19. You would need silcon connection/reducers, And something like this http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=140921885363 As it allows you to put beather connection in
  20. I ebayed it cant remember size or anything can check guys tomoz, the only problem i think you might face is the enclosed unit wont fit directly on to the throttle body housing for this i butchered a stainless pipe from a induction pipe i had on a saxo. This i think happens with the itg aswell. I have a pipe running to it from back of drl
  21. I have a ram air enclosed, love it nice roar when supercharger kicks in, ram air is cheaper then most and i cant fault it, go on give it a try :p
  22. Ram air, better filtration then cotten plus nice roar
  23. I told up with oil and first time ive split a wee bit, god it was stinking
  24. Look out for remaps and a few guys will tell you they have had a bad time with revo map, where others have been okay. I think after reading many remap thread shark will be the best to go for. Milltek exhaust are expensive but you get good customer service so i hear. Theres many a thread about both of these items
  25. Could always remove centre section and see what you think then
