As far as I know there are nothing to do with the key or or transponder routed through the clock-spring, sounds like you have disturbed something somewhere. Or has the fob lost sync with the car, I believe you have to hold the button down for a while to resynchronise it.
  2. Tickover raised to 1000 rpm (also usually sounding gruff) is what happens when doing a DPF regeneration, could it be that?
  3. Service manual recommends changing brake fluid at 3 years and every 2 years thereafter.

He's not logged on since then, I suspect it's like as kids knocking on a door and running to see the resulting reaction.
  7. G13 is now the recommend coolant and it's compatible with G12. It is pink.
  8. The only reason for condensation on cold windows is water. There must be moisture in the car to create the condensation on the screen so that must be sorted first. Is the rear screen washer working OK? on my Fabia the pipe to rear wash jet had come apart at a joint under rear seat caused by freezing. Had to run a dehumidifier for a few days to dry things out after repairing pipe.

How did you enable that, I thought it was standard on most Yeti's, and should it not be EDS.

I have only ever had a dash creak in very cold weather and that stops when I press on the chrome ring, could it be down to the 16" wheels with 205x60 tyres.
  15. Sounds more like a bad joint.
  16. I thought the charcoal canister was only a legal requirement in California.

  22. It is a plastic sheet that seals roughly the area in pic below inside the door card not the door outer seal.
  23. That happened to my Fabia that uses the same system, designed for the windows not to be watertight but to let water run thru the doors and out the bottom. Cured by resealing the inner door seals where the adhesive has come away.
  24. Will this help? https://youtu.be/jOvMUKAAcJk
  25. What will you use for the delay, only about a second or so but I take it to get up to temperature before the water is pumped through. Those fitted as standard only heat if air temperature below approx +10 degrees C.
