Poor chap, those 8 minute laps really wore him out.

Great pictures Phil and you got time to do laps, sleep, eat, socialise and spectate as well.

When you're even too pikey for Iceland.

Was actually the most convenient store as we drove past it every day from the Center Parcs to the track. Only about 3 miles from Center Parcs. I think it was on the outskirts of Kelberg, but don't really know what other shopping was to be had in/around there.

Well, the temptation didn't last long, and after making good money on an old style foglight on flebay, I thought I'd shell out the 10 euros. Keeping the original one untouched. This version has been RESIZED down by a LOT. And fiddled with to remove the plate, like it matters. The original is so detailed I can zoom in and examine fly carcasses on my grille.

Cracker of a photo - the shutter speed was high, the spokes look like the car is parked on the Karrosel and even the tyre tread is visible, a bargain at 10 yo-yos.

It looks like you turned it a touch to early;)

Quite likely. I was on my own which means it was either lap 5 or 6 out of the 8. All the others were with passengers. I never fancied riding too high so always came into the corner a bit too early. On my final 2 laps with Will I think I was getting the carousel about right - dropping in at the correct bit.
