reminds me when i first started driving years a go i was doing part time work for the local takeaway company. a woman comes in with this great snake oil, it improved mpg etc. what you did was fill up to the brim. do a drive to empty, fill up take not of miles down and fuel used, now drive again and after 20 miles put half a bottle into the petrol tank and drive again and watch the increase mpg. of course you gonna look like you have increase your mpg you have added 250-500mls of some liquid into the tank.
