Last time I bled the brakes I couldn't get it airtight no matter what. Have tried to apply plenty of layers of silicone sealant on the inside and plenty on the outside. Seems likely it won't leak, but I didn't think it would have leaked before :(

I think I used about 22 PSI as instructions suggest to use more pressure to test than with brake fluid.

There should be a brown fibre washer fitted to both sides of the cap where the pipe fits through it ,perhaps these washers need replacing . I used one a few weeks ago after changing the pads , i changed the brake fluid . At about 15 PSI .
