found out today that if you pop into helfrauds and show your military ID then they will give you a trade card, upto 60% off car parts etc. got mine today

this may be common knowledge on here, but ive only just found out so thought it may help some.

Will go to Halfrauds this weekend if i get chance. Did you have to speak to anyone in particular in the store or did u just ask the spotty 18yr geek on the ripspeed counter (all stores seem to have the same bloke and they are called malcolm )

just spoke 2 the spotty pikey on the front desk, and he screamed across the store for his manager. afraid its all on the computer smstext so wont be able to get anymore i guess, and they make you sign the back in the store. sorry mate, although if you have any major purchases give me a shout and ill pop down with the card

although i dont think the 60% applies to parts ordered in, so it actually applies to **** all really

Halfords own brand bulbs seem to get the biggest discounts with the card. There's a thread here Halfords Trade Card - Page 7 - MoneySavingExpert.com Forums with an attempt at listing the RRP and trade prices of bits.

I managed to get the card by going in with a pile of skoda dealer parts counter invoices.

Hi, Already knew about this, What it is supposed to be, is the REME Veh Mechs can Get their ASM to apply for a card for the workshop, However this has been missed by a few stores, and they just take your ID card, however as I have found out, none I have been to will do the offer without the card.

If you can get hold of a Cfn's Mag, then its one of the adverts in it. Definitly in Junes issue.
