Has anyone driven both the KW and koni/eibach equipped cars and can compare them?

In a one line comparison

the koni/ eibach combo is still a nicer ride. but the kw kit feels sportier.

Any chance of persuading you for more than a one line comparison? :-)

Does the car drive better with one than the other?

Does one reduce roll and dive more?

Are to konis too soft? hence smoother ride?

sorry for all the questions but I have been trying to decide between these two kits for ages so any opinions greatly welcomed! :-):D

If you really want to know, I'm sure we can arrange for cars to be equipped with both, to be in the same place at the same time :)

I have to say, mine have actually settled down not too bad.

Could do with being ever so slightly lower, but i'm happier now.

Thats the level they are at, 3 weeks on the car now (roughly)

That is gorgeous buddy

I want dark wheels now

Cheers Jase. :)

There's some before/after pics in the members section.

Well upon the recomendation of this thread I have just been into Halfords to try and order some,

I had the part number and all details of the kit and car.

And I came away empty handed. Two muppets tried to help but couldn't get anywhere with any of the info I had.

Does anyone know if there is a Halfords part number for it of if it can be found online (I couldn't find it)?

Thanks all.

And before you ask why Halfords, I have a trade account with them.

Can you not go back and ask to see a manager/somebody who knows anything about anything?

I've had this problem at Halfords many a time, they don't know anything about what they sell.

I know this post was over a year ago but it's one of the best looking OEM vrs's i've seen.

it isn't OEM

it isn't oem

oem+

ha ha sorry OEM+, tbh though doesn't look like its used anything other than lowering and sprayed wheels. so in m eyes it's 95% standard looking which is why i like it so much.

big thumbs up from me :D

That's exactly the same kit as I've got on my Vrs, although I've got 17" alloys......

Very very happy with the kit, didn't fit it myself though, has to be said.

Not relevant to this thread but note the wheel centre badges. I've just got the same TT alloys and have fitted the badges as pic.

Got them on ebay.

I've PM'd you the link.
