just a bit of an update.

After sending SWMBO's fabia back into the Main Dealer twice they have finally come to the conclusion that there is an electrical fault with the Arial Base (as diagnosed by vagcom). Her car has been in for 2 prior services and it wasn't picked up by them for nearly 3 years despite it going in with us saying that the radio reception is extremly poor on all stations.

Anyway, Arial Base replaced and the wireless router works perfectly fine no matter where her car is or if it's locked or not.

Looks like the PDI check and Skoda's servicing/fault checking is very very very poor as it has been to 2 different main dealers.

doesn't exactly sell a good image does it.

glad its sorted though :)

I was going to suggested it was a p0rn block, so you could never get caught browsing for the wrong things when SWMBO returned home ;-)
