Well ive had the volvo a a whole two weeks and ive broken it :rofl:

turbos shot its bearings :thumbup: I was simply driving alone minding my own buisness when it happened..... :rofl:

Yes the car did not like the track at all :rofl: it kept trying to adapt its suspension brakes etc but couldnt keep up :( In the end it thought sod it and words "stability program temp off" what ever that means haha.

The convoy home was hilarious, volvo doing about 10mph (nothing new there) fiesta with a re-designed front end and the good old saxo on the back of an aa van :thumbup: exellent day :thumbup:

i noticed in the IAM magazine they were doing discounts for IAM members, is it cos most of them drive like old men?!?! even seeing less police volvo's on the road these days.

Yeah. In Swansea they've just got 3 BMW 330d's, one unmarked. The main car is still a Volvo though.

Actually i dont think the turbo has gone, i am having second thoughts as to whats up????

Its running fine now, no noise and no smoke :confused:

Random as i had to limp him 50 miles on back roads trying to keep off boost to stop the horrendous noise from the turbo??

Dont need it :P i can access the cars diagnosics through the car settings bit of my center console.

i can change loads of stuff like doors unlocking sequence and homesafe light duration and even program keys from it :D

no fault codes too whihc is strange

boost pressure sensor

EGR valve

intake hose ?

or just didn't like being screwed to within an inch of its life

I think I've got a one of the Fiesta but I've yet to download my pics as I went to Whitby on Sunday for another Brisky meet, 2 in one weekend... :D:cool:

Been to more meets since I bought the ST than I did when I actually owned a Skoda... :rofl:

Oh and... Should of kept the Fabia.. :P:D
