Group buy feeler - Pela 650 6.5L oil extractor - EXPIRED

Featured Replies

I'm looking at getting a Pela 650 6.5L oil extractor.

The place I'm looking at will do this one for £60 + £5 delivery, so £65 all in. This is more than the round 6000 version but then it's also build in a different way and supposedly more suited to regular use.

Update, GB Price would be £55 inc VAT and postage is £4.95 for either 1 or 10. If you live in driving distance from Poole you could collect.

The place I'm looking at going to is a boat shop, but would there be any interest from others in buying these as I might be able to get the price down if 10 were ordered?

If you're interested pop your name below, this is not at all a commitment, just a feeler to see if there is enough interest to bother the guy with pricing.

Various versions can be seen here:

Pela Pumps, Oil Extractor, Extraction For Quick, Easy & Clean Oil Changes

Diclaimer: If this Group Buy should take place is not an offical BRISKODA organised buy and therefore BRISKODA or the organiser, CANNOT be held responsible for any wrong doing that may occur.

Good idea and free :bump:

But aint it a little expensive when you can buy a sump plug washer etc for pence?

Update - Price would be £55 each inc VAT so 10% off and the postage is £4.95 if you take 1 or 10 so if people live near each other they could save on the postage by making an arrangement.

The place is in Poole, Dorset, so anyone in the area could collect.

Symonevans - Indeed the washer is only pence, but you have to get under the car, get the cover off and get dirty. This way you put the tube down the dipstick tube after warming the car up and let it do it's work for 15 minutes. Then take out the old filter, pump any oil out of the housing, put in a new filter and do it all up then pour in your oil.

Saves a lot of effort for people doing more regular changes or doing a fair few cars. FWIW I'd be using this to do at least 5 cars.

Mark, this has now been moved to the GB section and the title edited to reflect the product.

Please can you add the usual disclaimer that goes along with these things and is in the sticky at the top of this forum.

Ta.

Knocked this one on the head due to a lack of interest.
