Oh and Bodge I got some of these and tried them in the gauge with a 9v battery against the terminals and they virtually match the dashboard green perfectly. They now sit in my interior lights though.

Here they are finally! Spent 4 hours washing the car today. So shiny!

I didn't modify the pod in any way, just de-burred the edges, and it's held down with velcro sticky back pads. It never moves or squeaks/rattles. Hardly notice it's there.

When mine is back from Jabba it'll have the twin column gauge pod...

I've got a digital EGT/air fuel ratio gauge going in the second pod.

Look forward to seeing it Steve I want an EGT and oil pressure gauge on mine. The LG has the feature for EGT but it's not supported on the Octavia sadly :(
