I was the 2nd most powerful car at the Impossible Day, with a fettled Mk2 vRS pipping me by about 20bhp! I think Gerry's managed to limp similar to mine, but only after a couple of hours fecking about with a laptop, hence that doesn't count. :P

Should be a good day, looking forward to seeing how its running now I've been using exclusively 98/99 RON and I should have my new fuel filter fitted by then too.

I'll put together a running order a week before the event. I can then give rough times for when each category of car will run. Most turn up and stay around though, watching the other cars.

It's a social day, as much as anything else

Running times - I'd factor about 10 mins per car, and some longer periods in between car types as they adjust the rolling road to suit. As I've said, more info will be made available nearer the time.

If 1.8Ts with FMIC, intakes, exhausts and all the other trick bits with custom maps can't beat me (and YES it IS a competition :P), a hybrid PD130 with an FMIC hasn't got a chance :P
