Nah, it's a bit too ch@vvy for me :P

Yeah!

Sticking vinyls and blue lights everywhere is so chavvy!

Essex Police have more style, there's a plain blue on on the M11!!

Still think a Mk 1 looks better in police garb

It may look crap, but at least you will it coming :)

I wonder how fettled it is...

Thats from Leicestershire plod not Lancs. Lancs have BMWs and T5's.

Hmmm shall i get some similar decals made up?

Correct, my brother drives an X5 for Lancs.

I recognise that vRS... Definitely Leics

the notts plates are the big giveaway....

Not to mention the caption saying its from Leics ;)

That's just a box of incriminating evidence that the Met need looking after until the Menezes trial is over.....

Why would you want to impersonate a police car:confused:

picture it this way then, heavy traffic on the motorway, turn lights on speed up, the proverbial ocean parts

also, when you get one of those complete k*** heads on the motor way, wouldnt it be nice to scare them a bit? :P

There are other ways of doing that;)

I was strolling down Blackpool prom yesterday and clocked a blue VRs with twin aerials on the back - looked like Plod.

Reg was FG07...

Slightly off topic, but I was watching one of these 'Real Life Rescue' programmes in the last day or so and they had a doctor, in the South West IIRC, driving a 'fast response' silver vRS - smart.

Our fire station's got a blue MKII vRS with a light on top and a black TDi golf with lights. The cops have got a vRS panda car and the Grimsby feds Subaru sometimes makes a trip down.

saw the car pictured the other day, at the secen of a RTA coach vrus car not good, and yes it was in leisctershire

I used to drive a White Mondeo Estate with roof bars.

Driving with dipped lights during the day the traffic parted like the Red Sea.

Wasn't a bad car either with a V6 engine, just 22mpg mind, not that I paid for the fuel - happy days!

Until recently I lived in Leics ans used to see their Octys all the time (passing me not chasing me mind) they have a nice black VRS with all the hidden lights (grill, bumper trim, etc.) It was the reason for me choosing a black VRS.
