iv'e just enquired with my dealer how much it would be to replace the clutch rubber on my Fabia vrs.

The rubber pedal cap for non-vRS Furbies costs either 0.95 or

Tom what are you doing mate! Why do you need to replece the clutch rubber, surely you cant have done that many miles? Or have you got a friday special????

Exactky get it replaced under warrenty, mines done 45000 and is still good to go!!!

I noticed mine is wearing a fair bit an I've only done 12K. Must be all that riding of the clutch I do...

Part of the rubber came off mine within 2 weeks of receiving the car :(

Hi all, Recently picked up a 2017 1.0 TSI. Every time I start the car there’s a noticeable ticking/rattling noise that lasts around 45 seconds then stops completely. Happens on every start, not just cold. Car runs perfectly once warm with no issues at all. Has anyone experienced this on the 1.0 TSI EA211 engine? I’ve read it could be the Turbo actuator rod linkage? Car was serviced by Skoda main dealer a month ago. Any experience or advice appreciated. Video link of said noise: https://y

It may be a conceit, but I believe I have a reasonable idea on how to get good mpg from an ICE vehicle, especially around our urban environment and without breaking laws. I don't hyper-mile or drive slowly or do anything to annoy other drivers, I just allow a couple of extra metres and anticipate traffic conditions. I'm also aware that there is a difference in best economy and best efficiency of an ICE engine. I've got no real experience with EVs other than the occasional drive, but I am intere

Hi Folks, I don't know what had happened. I got the screen washer problem last and the pump just delivered. Hello all. Have taken my 2016 1.4 TSI in to local garage today for diagnostics after encountering some odd issues - all struck as me as potentially interrelated. Was manifesting as: driving along, aircon on - Console screen suddenly reads “Park Pilot is not available” for about a second or two. Aircon turns itself off (AC light out). Dash temperature display was not reading anything (dashed out). Tyre pressure monitoring system error pings up. All of this would then stop, aircon would be
