Similar position to Farmerp2005 in that I traded in my Octy LE TSI - sadly missed but the Superb is a different league with regards to comfort and build quality and just being sooo smooth.

Superb II, Hatch, Greenline 1.6 TDI, Elegance delivered yesterday. Cappuccino, with Onyx, extras: auto dimming mirror, heated washer nozzles, TPM and hill hold control. Ordered 15 June, delivered 7th October. Only driven 20 miles, mixed town, dual and motorway, but engine seems to pull fine, smooth and quiet. Not missing the 140bhp in my A3.

Acquiring unplanned second dog next week, so would have gone for Combi if I had known. Bought the bespoke boot liner from Carmats4u, arrived last night, perfect fit.

Need to get a bumper protector, has anyone got the Skoda accessory? Was thinking about buying and trimming a sheet of rubber to sit over the bumper and boot lip.
