Yes....and not just on Furby's.

Xenons are bloody awful. I lost count of the amount of Mercs that blinded me whilst hammering thru Germany last night :grumpy:

werent just xenons though - even the standard furby was blinding - is it a furby issue? :thumbdwn:

nah my corolla is the same I have to use the headlight adjustment to lower them a touch, I have been flashed loads of times

Think I'm the only Furby that ventures out at night 'round 'ere! All the other owners are tucked up in bed, teeth in a bucket of Steredant, and watching croachering today on tv! :D

Only dazzling problem around here is either bloody fashion accessorie spot lights  or the shine off my paintwerk!

Yep, it's definitely the beam height. However if you lower it right down so that people don't flash, the lights then illuminate bugger all apart from about 10 feet away. I'm trying to find a compromise position.

booooo

i would love a badge on my car with that furby pic on in ;) like dunkx image above

I find that number 2 setting is good, gives you that extra distance but you can tell its not blinding the people in front as the beam hits the road just before it gets to their cars... ;) ive never been flashed but trhats probably because there not enough time for them to move their hands before ive gone past

Ooh hammering through Germany... what was your terminal velocity on the autobahn?

I kept it on the slow side Dave (140 mph max  )

Going there was a bit on the wet side, and coming back i had a boot full of booze so max speed runs were out.

Next time will be different :drive:

What beers did you get?

Can you tell ive not had mine long? Ive never driven it at night yet and wasnt aware you could change the angle of the beam! I really do need have alook what features the car has. hehe

If you get flashed alot in a Furby try driving one of the new range rovers with the xenon lights, everyone flashes you and theres not alot you can do about it apart from use side lights only :s

rover's have the magic 1,2,3,4 setting too!

Over here in Ireland it is pretty much impossible to go anywhere at dusk without headlights on, although I've seen countless 'countryfolk' try(!!!!!!) I usually have my auxilliary lamps and sidelights on...don't know how many times I've been flashed-and politely(!) flashed back....except sometimes the oncoming cars tend to linger on the flasher. As most of the country roads have drainage ditches bout 3 feet deepit can be a bit hairy taking your eye off the ocoming traffic...

Yep get flashed... its furby lights they are bright but do not blind.....
