Straight Through Exhaust - Good or Bad

Featured Replies

Just a quick update. . . Couldn't wait any longer, just put the car up on axle stands and had a wee nosie at the exhaust. Ended up dissconecting the sleve between the front and back sections of the exaust and secured them with some wire so they don't rattle or break the flexi section. This is a great way for anyone like me who doesn't want to spend money on a new exhaust and end up not liking the tone. Turns out its a lovely burble and can only get better with a proper straight through fitted. BRING IT ON!!

If it is i don't know about it. Plus its only a test, will be connected again tomorrow, just a good way to hear the sound. . .

VRS203 what exactly have you done to your car to make it sound like that??

i love it and want to copy hehe

See my build thread for pictures of the exhaust straight pipe and custom backpipe. Its about a 2.5" turndown with no boxes.

And a re-map.
