My wife, who drives our Fabia to work, saw what was clearly the next Octavia out testing here in the Netherlands the other day- with Czech plates. Has anyone else seen this or other cars and does anyone have a photograph yet? She said it looked great.

heh, if my missus said she saw "the new octavia" out testing, it could be anything, from a mondeo to a passat!!

(and we won't go over the 30mins discussion I had with my mum about something that was "low, white, and had a spoiler" - I gave up trying to work out what that was!!)

Show her the pic below, ask if it looked anything like it?

Is the one on the right from the new Octavia 3-series? :p

Whereabouts in NL did she see it? I'll grab my camera and collect the spotters reward.

I thought the best places to look for these taped-up mystery cars were either the Arctic circle, South Africa or the 'Ring! And now they come to the most densely populated area on earth! Not much of an enduring trial for avid new-car spotters anymore, then...
