I dunno tbh - it is possible though to get to the rear light clusters as they + the numberplate lights are a bit further back, plus possibly boot release and other lights in the back, beyond the rear seat I think the vRS loom(s) should be long enough (I am guessing here, not 100% sure of course)

No, nothing to do with the vRS, or a Skoda even.
