How did you get the black in the lights?

Did you just remove them and paint the sides?

Phil_monk -

A sexual looking vRS... Congrats.

thanks guys

no the headlamps are imports from IRLAND, i think there standard there.

liking the black roof phil monk

phil_monk... I can only say WOW...!!!!

Your car looks absolutely fantastic. I really like the black roof. Is it painted or foil (correct spelled?)...?

Do you know the ET for the Spiders?

Once again:thumbup:

Bgds Dan

Well, I've got the suspension bit sorted (Eibachs and FSD's, well chuffed...) but now I'm having SERIOUS problems deciding what to replace my Leon Cupra multispokes with!

Whatever it is...I'm thinking 17's now

chrisw_vrs - is that your SE on the standard rims next to phil monk?

Roughly how many mm is it down, and is it drivable every day like that?

Sort of height I want mine at you see :D

Yes mate thats mine and there is a picture of it near the begining of this thread.

I think its about 60mm drop i know the back is wound all the way down and the front it about 3/4 the way down.

It does scrape accasionaly i have no undertray any more that got ripped off almost lol but to be honest the lower arms are lower than the sump so when it bottomed out last time it hit them not the sump :) you just goto take it careful with speed humps etc the little plastic tabs on the front bumper always catch and you can still have a gd amount of fun down them B roads if they are reletivaly smooth.

Hope that helps you :)

Lissy dropped 60mm on SPAX coiles and 16" Fox wheels. Gonna drop her to the bottom of the threads next week however - and put some 17's to fill the arches out a bit more. Looking at her - I dont think she looks that low but when I parked her next to my neighbors standard furby I could soooo see the difference. SHoulda taken a piccy

haha spray your light inserts purple!!!!!

Some great looking cars there, i want to be part of this thread very soon! Trying to decide over gloss black or anthracite for my wheels and trying to find some cheap enough coilovers/ springs!

get some APs there basically KWs but galvanised instead of stainless steel!! and at £318ish from awesome there a bargain and good quality in the coilover world!!

 My oh My Stuart. . . That actually suits the car!

Think this should be made a sticky as well. It gives folk like me a good idea of suspension and alloys!

Just looking at your grille, is it a matt black? I was just wondering, I've got a silver Furby and can't decide wether to paint it silver, gloss black or matt black. I like the look of yours!

Currently driving like this.

Before camber shims i had to run the adjuster on the rear with the anteras on.

Now i can drive low with the anteras on.

Score.
