Anybody know where the diagnostic socket is on a VW caravelle (T-Reg)?

I had a look around but couldn't find one in any obvious places.

when was that age caravelle released? If it is before the mk4 golf, it probably does not have an OBD port and may well need the 2x2 connector port that you need for the mk3 golf

It's a T reg model (1999) so should have an OBD port apparantly, but I couldn't see it in the obvious place.

Was hoping I wouldn't need the 2x2 from what I had been reading on the VCDS site.

think i may have and old 2 pin cable from my vr6 if u need 1

Most worryingly I can't find a diagnostics, but also the 2+2 isn't where it should be or anywhere around the fuse box either :confused:
