personaly I have had both T1-R's and Falkens. Both are good tyres and good prices, but i had a set of COPPERS ZX2's on as I got a punture and these were the only replacements at the tyre place. I am VERY VERY impressed with them. Same price as the T1-R but are so much better for road noise and are the best tyre I have ever used in the wet and the dry. I realy can not say how good these tyres are.

I'd be interested in some Rainsport 2s, certainly. Don't seem to be very good value though - they're more expensive than Asymmetrics! So my thinking is are they roughly £25 a corner better than T1-Rs?

theyre what im running. had the Rainsport 1's now using 2's

Got them fitted at Gates tires Carlisle for £54 a corner so nice and cheap

Get some Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3s if you can - nothing I've tried comes close to them in terms of grip.
