maybe get the disks skimmed?? My brother got his leon ones skimmed for 28 quid each i think. has sorted the problem fine

Ah memories - I had my Escort discs skimmed years ago when I worked in a machine shop - cured the problem. Depends how much they're warped and whether skimming them to clean up would take them below the minimum thickness. Usually there's only a couple of mm between the new thickness and the minimum ...
