Driving an Oct II 2006 model 1,9 TDi with turbo of cause, but a cat eat the vacuum "hose" between turbo and interface-hoses at the bach of the enigne top.

Lose of power and only by luck a mech. could fix it.

So beward of the turbo-cat !!!

I know marters like those hoses, but cats? :confused:

I've also heard too much oil can hurt your cat, but maybe if you add just a bit extra all it will do is chase it away.

Maybe what was meant is that a ho®se ate the cat(alytic converter) ??

Something lost in the translation perhaps.

Cant see how this is possible, seeming as the turbos compressor wheel inlet and outlet side is the only thing that has a hose on.
