Hi Everyone, Just ordered a Black Fabia vRS. Been driving an Octavia 1.8T Auto and decided to down size and go Diesel. Other half has a Fabia 1.4MPI and I love driving it. I was beginning to miss manual gears and had a few engine problems with the Octavia that Skoda seem unable to fix. Can't wait for the new one to arrive. All I have read about them is good. Also have wife and two kids who take up most of my time. Trying to get fit again after 20 years of inactivity and mid-life crisis. Found this site while having a look with google for info on the Fabia vRS. Seemed like a good idea to join.

Do yourself a favour, change the order to Red or Silver. My wife and I own 2 black Octys. The paint is very easily marked and even when not being marked or scuffed it looks dirty 5 seconds after you drive away from the car wash. Silver is probably the best choice. Much as I love to look of a newly washed and polished black car, I must admit I will never buy one again if I have a choice.
