Found a new tyre website, cheapest around!

Featured Replies

Was recommended to this website earlier, and sceptically took a peek

www.tyretraders.co.uk

Managed to get a pair of T1R toyos £15 cheaper than Camskill.... I hope their service is good, as I need them to be delivered to the place refurbing a pair of my alloys before Thursday as my MOT is next day (and currently have "borderline" front tyres)

Initial feelings are good about this place. Worth checking your own tyre sizes against what you normally pay. :)

I had a look at them before choosing blackcircles.

Then I found a pair of steel wheels with almost brand new (7-8mm tread on them) Pirelli P6000 on a scrapyard for £30

I ordered from tyretraders about 2 weeks ago, no problems at all, tyres were delivered within a week.

£15 CHEAPER than Camskill?! For T1-Rs in 205/40/17 or similar I presume? Exactly how are they making any money?!

Cheers for that mate - one for the 'Tyres' bookmarks folder for next time anyway :D

I wish it would stop telling me what my bloody IP address is, I know what it is thanks very much!!

Seconded. Plus the bloke at the top of each page, with his eyes following your mouse cursor, with his annoying narrative when you first load the homepage :D

Used them back in January, no problems and efficient service

those prices look 'average' to me, what are the delivery charges like?

but do camskill not state that they will beat any online quote provided the tyres are in stock. Could be an extra few pennies saved there. probably is pennies as well though, lol

Prices inc delivery, pretty good I think.

Only if you're getting them sent to one of their fitting centres. If you order them and get them sent to your address, for fitting elsewhere perhaps, delivery is £9.95.

Steve

cheers will look into them as i reckon i will need some new ones in a couple of months.

Lol, I have used them for a couple of years :D

Have tyres delivered to choice of fitters locally and never had any issues whatsoever.
