You werent driving backwards on full throttle were you ;). Mine is silver and only gets sooty round the exhaust,!

Tell me about it, usually I get the gf to open it or press the boot open on the key and grab the side thats least dirty

I just tend to not use the boot! Only used it once since ive bought it . . . And that were to cart my wheels for a refurb and fit!

Mine regularly used to look like that - 500 miles a week, all it takes is a bit of rain & a few 'heavy booting' moments ;)

What helps - make sure the car is waxed, and a regular pressure washer spray just to keep the worst off

And get figer marks on the rear window lol

:eek: Looking at the state of the boot, i think you have more unsightly stuff to worry about than a couple of finger prints on the glass, don't you think.....:rofl:
