This one could be yours for the amount your thinking of spending, cheap to run and easy maintenance, don't let the laid back look fool you

Not the best built i'll admit and not to everyones taste but how about 147 GTA. Or a mk1 focus RS.

I've got a mate selling an 05(55) 30k UK Impreza STi running iro 330bhp for £12k CLICKY

and another selling an 03(53) JDM Litchfield Impreza STi Type 20 PICS Again, this is around 330bhp, but with serious handling modifications is amongst the fastest point-to-point road cars you will ever drive (I have). My own 260bhp Scoob had a similar chassis set-up and was untouchable by cars running up to 200bhp more on A/B rod driving, and matched them on track. He's not advertising it for sale, but would talk to people offering iro £11k I think.

C30 one day , Mazda 3 MPS the next , whats it going to be tomorrow ?

Don't really know to be honest....Just fancy something Quick.......but I like the look of the C30 but would have to be a T5 and you can get a 07/57 plate Mazda mps ( 260) bhp for £ 12Kish......or a 52 plate Jag 4.2 V8 with 50k on the clock for the same money.....Suggestions

E36 BMW M3 can be had for £12K if you don't mind 60 to 100K miles. Indicators optional extra.

Importers have been offering the new hatchback Impreza WRX for £12995 brand new. A faster car than the MPS with similar power and AWD.

Just seen the MPS is a G for RFL!

Bet dad doesnt know that!

The two secondhand Scoobs I recommended earlier are both £210/yr. Both registered before March 06, and one an import so different rules anyway :D All turbo Scoobs after March 06 are £400

Will be very similar but twice as fast although the spec on the Sport/MPS has improved quite a bit so will be nicer, depends on the ages really. Leather now standard on the 2.0 Sport.

Band G is the price you pay for 260hp, hopefully the mk2 will be band F, they seem to hae made significant emmissions improvements for the mk2

My brother in law has just sold his modified CTR and might be really interested in thisas he is trying to source a late something eye'05 into the hawkeye phase! I will send him an linky:thumbup:

I can put you/him in touch with either anytime. The 05(55) owner is in Florida for the next two weeks, if he's serious though I can arrange access to the car in his absence.

Cheers mate:thumbup:

He has sent your mate a PM on Scoobynet (ADroy) and you have informed him already that he is away:)!

Im sure Ali will be in touch when your mate gets back - it looks minted! Any idea how the rear upper diffuser is attached? Not sure it would remain should he buy it:rolleyes:

The upper diffuser is standard fitment, and removal will leave two bolt holes which would need filling and painting. Removal could devalue the cars resale value as it is a quite sought after feature, with owners of older cars now retro-fitting them. They do blend quite discretely when not plastered with garish stickers though, so just removing those will tidy the appearance up. My own personal preference is to source a new bootlid without the mounting holes for the rear wing, and get rid of that big, dumb, ugly thing. They weigh a bloody tonne and do sweet FA aerodynamically.

Wonder if a) he knows it's band G, or B) mum knows :rotz:

Shifty's / Grumpy's Furby ? ;)
