It's a red piece of metal. Looks nice but not to sure what it does

Good thing is I can hang me washing on there whilst driving and it's dry when I stop

He told me it's something to do with going round corners better but I've ruled that out as vRS's don't like corners or so I am told :D

Slick!

Um... can you sort me out with one please? :D

Shiney metal rocks!

Maybe it's also used for if you ever have those hanging off the side of mountain situations like in The Italian Job and you something more solid to grab hold of?

:D

Hicksy

Steve which one, the one down lakeside ??

If so I want to try it in the wet as well to see how the ESP works on the damn thing

ESP works really well, had it on my old Cupra, could never get the back out unless it was turned off cos the flashy light son the dash used to sort everything out! Remember going round a corner too fast for the conditions and needing to brake as traffic was busy on the other side (braking on corners  ) but the tail started to twitch and beofre I knew it the Cupra was braking on different wheels and straigthening up to recover from my schoolboy mistake  or was it a case of pant filling  mmm, oh yes the later of the two!!

ESP = :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

I think I made the dreaded mistake of mentioning "Skoda Fabia" and they tried to charge me a bit more! :grumpy: Didn't matter in the end. ;)

Ivan, I hear the back roads between Waltham Abbey and Harlow are quite good for testing out cars ;)

Fancy a mini meet round the back roads of Waltham Abbey soon ;)

If I hadn't read the rest of this thread I think I'd be pretty   by this post. :D But as long as its driving and not dogging being talked about, then I'll rest assured.

There are places you can dogging too if you want to Jason.

I can imagine mate, but I don't fancy THAT sort of polish for my car! ;) Time for a google hunt I reckon - but best wait until I get home! :o

Look under Epping Forest and dogging, there is bound to be someone somewhere.

Long way to go that - I'm sure there's something going on in the far depths of rural Devon - trouble is the more rural you get, the more chance it involves cousins / brothers / sisters, and the car's tend to be old land rovers, tractors and knackered old vans.
