haha, that little helper had better not be around when i start spraying! last time she ended up black :rofl: and my paint ended up fooked :mad:

i am looking dont worry :D do you want a smashed up one? or a straight one?

As for the red colours, yours looks like Rally Red, and the replacement body parts look Corrida Red. Rally red was around till late 51 plate and replaced with Corrida at that point. Corrida is much darker than Rally Red.

They sound ok :thumbup:

best thing to do is practice. if you get it wrong then just wait for it to dry and sand it back :thumbup:

Cheers for the advice! :thumbup: Just have to be careful that I don't end up getting carried away and spraying some go faster stripes down the side with primer! :D Got a couple of stone chips to sort out on SWMBO's fabia, so a trip back to the stealers for another tin of paint soon. But my car will be the guinea pig before I'm let loose on her's!!

Just needs a wheel arch liner and an alloy. :D

mods Planned

vnt 17 hybrid turbo.

smf and clutch from eurocarparts :D

some suspension that doesnt roll like a boat.

maybe a set of steelies :rofl:

Looking good.

KW Springs and Dampers work well on the TDi's so long as there arent too many high kerbs around, scraped my front bumper coming out of Crealy adventure playground last week and its very noticable :(

I cant help it being brought up in a garage enviroment...... i have oil in my veins ;)

The car is spot on! I cant beleive how well it drives after 170k and a run in with a wagon :D

65mpg on the 140mile round trip to bridlington on sunday and never missed a beat
