I *hear* good things about some of these Bit Torent clients. I say *hear* because I won't touch P2P myself after bad experiences with Kazaa, but my mate swears by some bit torent clients. and he did get me all four seasons of futurama the other day, so can't be that bad.....purely for archiving purposes.

As for the game servers, well, some games already have links to dedicated servers, or can host their own via the company servers (like how i run Jedi Knight 2/3 games with a few mates connected via lucas arts etc)

or there is always Gamespy?

I use a mixture of eMule, Kazaa Lite and iMesh which seem to cover most things. Really depends on what you are looking to download :D

I swear by WinMX - some people have difficulties, but I can pretty much find anything that I fancy 'evaluating'. :D

I could have told you this at work - but I didn't know that you'd asked the question!

Whatever you use, make sure you have firewall and decent antivirus software as broadband is the preferred connection of choice for nasties, and there is plenty on P2P sites.
