There's something I've got to ask about Sharkrider's pics - Just how is Hannah falling over related to a Fiat 124 Abarth (I suspect rally prepared)? Semi-seriously, that was one of the "related pictures" I was shown for that shot and only that shot!

I look so drunk in some of these pics and for once I can't remember much what happended, I can't think how that melon smashed!

Thing is through I never felt drunk think it was the fact we were all quite active that the drunk aspect never showed, still can't beleive Alex can't remember me giving me the keys to his felicia to get that melon, I feel a lot better today like and the pictures bring a smile to my face.

Ah but apparently when you taste whisky you don't actually drink the stuff. Its all done with the nose.

But i'm no expert could be wrong that was on a tv programme i watched recently.

You're pretty much right Hannah; you can really only detect salt, sweet, bitter and sharp on your tongue. The rest of it comes more from smell (which is why you should never drop whisky [also brandy and most wines] to near freezing; it stops all the flavouroids vapourising).
