Cooool!! :D Looking forward to it - hope the weather's okay!

Forecast was cloudy but dry last time i looked :)

hoepfully see you there, lets hope SEAT get a couple more podiums and maybe 3rd in the constructors

see you there!

And what a cracking day it was too.

I only went in the afternoon so I missed the first BTCC race and a couple of others but still had plenty of fun.

Loads of excercise wandering all over the circuit and some decent pics.

Best race of the day had to go to the BTCC masters as there was plenty of overtaking and also some people getting it wrong big style.

I'll certainly be back next year.

Yep. Cracking day out - despite the silly traffic on the way in!

wicked day, although we went through castle dodington and missed all the traffic!

Think I might have seen a briskoda member wearing a vRS grey shirt, he had a tent too!

I turned up about 20 minutes before the Tornado display , so I just drove straight up and parked , then pretty much did the same in the opposite direction on leaving.

No matter how bad it was for you it can't have been as bad as the jams trying to get away from the various Monsters of Rock festivals I've been to there. Upward of an hour just to get out wasn't unheard of.

Once inside the park it was a great day.

Otherwise, it was a complete bloody shambles.

After Silverstone and now this farce today, i will never again attend a major event at a UK motorsport circuit.

At least Croft got the traffic on-site in plenty of time for the BTCC race there.

After walking from the car & being directed towards the Paddock entrance, we were informed that we needed a paddock transfer (another

Had a good day then Geoff ? ;)

So who won the "Masters" race ?...............I know that James Thompson won the Touring Car Championship , but as I seem to have an LMB fault , Motors TV was unwatchable .

any of you guys own the red octy vrs that was behind the seatcupra.net stand?

think that was the only skoda i saw.

i can honestly say that the drive in and out wasn't too bad, arrived at 8am left at 7pm

masters race was a corker, plato getting it wrong big style and ended up getting shunted across the track, peter reid having to admit that the leon cupra R was a very good car went down well in the seat camp

Peter Reid !!!..............you've been watching too much football ;)

Hopefully you meant Anthony Reid :D

Peter Reid?...pixie-faced ex Sunderland manager?

Anthony Reid surely ? :)

No idea who won the masters, i left halfway thru to beat the traffic.

Pete, the Racing was top drawer, but the traffic was a farce.

The Tornado display was excellent too, and as for Will Hoy's nephew in the 1991 BTCC winning BMW....

It's obviously been a long day Geoff .............you're slow tonight :D

lmao,i stand corrected, though i know which one i'd rather be stuck in a lift with.and he don't push people off the track ;)

tornado was awesome to behold, when it first arrived i nearly hit the deck with fear, wasn't expecting it,and thought one of the planes from the east midlands was about to land on me

Anyone see Mullers on-board camera in the last race when he got shunted by Plato with a few laps to go, he wasn't a happy bunny.

I'd say Thomo was laughing his head off

I second Geoff's opinion on Donnington. Last year it took us hours to get to the M1 junction after an event, and now it took hours to get into it. Then to top it, I was turned away at the paddock area (how the hell do I know?!?!) so it took another 20 minutes (after a 20 minutes wait to get at the entrance already) to walk all the way up to entrance 19. Never, ever will I be going to Donnington, ever again :(

Donnington is always a bit of a bugger to get out of.

Never had any problems getting in though.

Got straight out a few years ago after the Stereophonics gig but that was only because I was in their car.

If we hadn't got the chairs etc with us I would have taken the bike.
