I just went on the Sunday, so missed some of the action on the Sat with all the mud it would seem!

I managed to forget my camera (somehow), but I've got a few phone pics and video of the rally action, which I'll hopefully upload soon.

Ok, so I've just done a slight bit of editing of some of the photos from Saturday & Sunday, sorry about the quality, i'm still not that up to speed in photoshop!

Those Astons sounded SO nice. Did anyone else see one of them very, very nearly lose it near the finish line, he got away with just knocking over one of the yellow markers whilst going sideways. The GT3 straight after did fully spin and finished his run by reversing over the line!

I was talking to someone associated with Eugene Donnelly's camp. Apparently a sensor went on the Fabia WRC on saturday & there wasn't one available In this country so they phoned a company in Germany & they flew the sensor across for the sunday morning:eek:. Thats dedication:D

Big thanks to Oggy for organising this in the extreme conditions. It was still a very good weekend despite the weather and worth getting a tad damp!

A tight squeeze!

Not sure if it's just me, but there's something that makes the Lancia Stratos stand out from the rest, apart from, possibly, the Ford RS200.

Some superb photography there guys, and it looks as though the rally cars had better ground to drive on than the spectators !

They always did! The sound of this one was awsome & took me back to every November freezing my butt off in Dalby Forrest! However this was the first one i'd seen in action with it's engine cover still attached!!

Me and my boyfriend went and had a good time. He took some pictures so get him to post a few later. Loved the Fabia WRC and my boyfriend got Eugene to sign my skoda umbrella.
