It doesn't look too far out tbh - in May 2007 I paid £18.99, including 10% trade discount, so £25 today would probably be about right

Quiet common for small parts, my dealer lets me have the cheaper bits I get from them for free as it costs more to process than the cost of the part. I guess they were trying to save some admin hassle with entering the stuff onto the computer. £25 seems about right from past experiences.
