Do any of the good members of this forum know of a Dealer in the South East that has a Superb II Demonstrator? I have spoken to my local one and they do not have one (lots of Octavias).

I plan to call Skoda directly and ask them, but thought it worth asking the forum.

I do not live in the South East but if your going to the South West for the weekend try Loders Skoda Yeovil, they let me have a Superb 170crd Elegance for a day, and guess what?

I bought one; and after ten months the car still lives up to its' name.

West Sussex motors in Worthing had a CR170 DSG we test drove

Ashmore Green in Newbury usually have one

Sherlodge in Gillingham also have one.

Where abouts in the South East are you?

Garlands in aldershot have a 2.0Tdi Manual or dsg i believe, both 140Pd, Give them a ring!

You could always contact Skoda themselves

Skoda were not much use - they do not have a list of which dealers have which demonstrators - I suggested that this maybe a good idea to improve customer service!

I have now had a drive in the Superb 140 with DSG - a nice car, but I feel that the 170 will be more practical for my needs. Now all I need is "the number" and approval from SWMBO.....
