Look so much more supportive than standard VRS seats which i find a little disappointing on the twisty bits. Don't worry about the back seats you not going to notice them that much from upfront. Just wish i had the cash to get a set of these.

I spent it. glad I did as they were not that much really, I saw a set of S3 ones on Ebay with a BIN for more than I payed for these lol

p.s there is nothing wrong with black leather recaro's :rotz: they look awesone and fit very well for the larger chap;)

lol, cheers guys, I am not large lol but not small either and these ones are very gripping lol. they should of come in the car from new IMHO. lol

the thing I dont like wi the S3 ones i that I cant make them look like std seats. ill have the edited pics up tomoz when ive finished them to show what I mean lol.

mind the recaros are still lots lots better than the std seats, I cant bring myself to sell/get rid of my std seats tho, I am thinkin of makin one into a gamin seat for my Logitec G25 wheel lol(the geek in me) and the other into a chair for one of the rooms but still keepin them on the bases so they can go back in if need be

Billy if you do go down this route knock up 2 frames and i'll take the second off your hands and find my own seat

I think the Golf rears are slightly different even in 5 door guise. I have a set of 3 door GT TDi seats and they have the same gap. was hoping that the 5 door would be different but obviously not. Like already said, you wont notice in the front Huggy seats improve your cornering as well

The base is at more of an angle tho which makes you slid right into it. very nice to sit in. the angle is only slight but it is enough to keep you pushed in

Good plan. The current carpet is a stupid colour! Although it does look awesome when it's really clean.

Leather door cards would be great too. I always suffer from water/rain dripping onto the drivers arm rest, which leaves horrid water stains unless I soak it up with my sleeve straight away!

The L&K with black leather seats also had leather on the door panels but also some naff looking black granite effect mouldings;

Elegance with leather seats had similar door panels but without the black mouldings, looking for some of them for my 4x4 but have never seen any.

Think I gonna keep the white, I want to get some of the same seat material to go on the R32 fronts? does anyone know if it is available to get?

The white makes the car what it is lol, to have a clean vRS you need to keep ontop of it or have lots of money for someone else to clean it all the time lol.
