okay you get the turbo whistle and then the other noise after it is that what you get too?

I now get an interesting whooshy-whistling noise when accelerating hard over around 2500rpm.

This wasnt there before remap but its not a squealing noise.

Hope its not the noise that my Superb 130PD was making, does it also make a wooshing noise a bit like a DV valve when the revs die as you change up? These are the 2 sounds my car makes, and it has a fault in the turbo system somewhere where the turbo is turned off, until the engine is re-started.

No remap etc done on it at all, been in the dealers for weeks, Skoda are now involved

Perhaps it's something to do with the cat.

its perfectly normal :) its the air in the engine becoming turbulent because of restrictions in the system..

btw how you likeing the revo? ;)

is it not the wastegate creeping open or the actuator? also do the diesels have a ****ty bosch recirc dv with rubber diaphram? it may have split.
