I've got some links at work for various kit cars, I'll dig em out when I get in.

Just found this site - http://www.madabout-kitcars.com/

Might be of interest?

Found that the other day - that's were I found out about the Robinhood problems.

The review section is really good, gives you an idea of cost and time involved.

Always wanted to build a kit car. I had my eye on the K1 Attack until a certain little baby came along and ruined my plans :D

Luckily for me eldest son has left home and youngest has just turned 16 and is waiting to go in the army.

but its not a kit car.

factory built only....

game over 8-)

Are you sure as my mate down south has just built one of these from scratch and im sure its a tiger. 2.0 zetec on throttle bodies.

The twin engine beast is factory build only. Just like the Westfield XTR4 is. Both do kit cars in both modular build and also basic kit formats.

Robin Hoods are cheap, heavy and big compared to a proper se7en style car.

Westfield do the SDV (single Donor Vehicle) which uses a Sierra to provide a lot more of the components than the standard car.
