I was warned the car had "damage" when I went to get it but nothing prepared me for what I saw.... My freshly fibreglassed and painted rear bumper was hanging off the left side, completely cracked and snapped off the right side. Added to that the boot wa totally staved in next to the right rear lens, and it is not fixable either! So I now need to follow up and claim off the courier for a new boot and a "possible" repair to the back bumper..... Not amused but at least I now have my car back in my hands!!

The only upside is getting a brand new boot & a bumper FOC, but not sure how it works. Have a claim form so will ring them tomorrow and see how it goes. The fact I had only just fibreglassed the rear bumper's exhaust cutout makes it worse, should it not be repairable....

They pay for it to be done again! Sorry to hear about it, but glad your still looking at the up side fella
