We're About to Become a 2 Skoda Family

Featured Replies

I've just put a deposit down on this:

Skoda Fabia 1.9 TDI Elegance 5-Dr Estate

Anybody know it?

I got some valuations and it should be £4800 ish so it seems like a bargain especially seeing as though I bartered them down to £4300. And obviously it has all the benefits of the Skoda approved used cars scheme.

Picking it up on Wednesday.

Now where is my local Revo dealer? :D

Just a quick question which I'll ask the dealer to clarify tomorrow.

Parkers says that the Elegance has rear parking sensors, electric rear windows and cruise control as standard but they aren't listed on the spec on the website.

Anyone know if Parkers is correct or will the spec list be right?

Looking at the car pictures, there are no parking sensors fitted to this particular car.

Our family is being overrun by Skodas.

Me - Octy2 2.0TDi Elegance Combi

Bro - Felicia 1.6 GLXi

Dad - Fabia Mk2 Greenline

Sisters Other half - Octavia 1.6 GLXi

I thought that but with Parkers saying they were part of the standard Elegance trim I wasn't sure if I just wasn't looking in the right place.

Looking at the interior pic, there are only 2 leccy windows. The switches for all the windows are on the drivers door. On the plus side, it has an aftermarket headunit and heated seats.

Yeah I spotted the switches or lack of them. I'll keep my fingers crossed on the cruise front but I'm not hopeful.

As long as the car is DBW one, and not a cable throttle then its possible to retrofit cruise fairly cheaply if its missing and you really want it.

Only the later ones had parking sensors as standard, 4 electric windows were standard then they droped them.

Looks like a nice motor

In 48 hours it'll be on the drive! I'll get pics up soonest.

Congrats - we're a 2 Skoda family too and no complaints so far!
