Is it an outdoor rolling road ? Seems very bright outside the car.

And if it were a rolling road, you'd think it would be more in focus due to the car not moving.

Back on topic, i say pay for the damage yourself, and admit you were possibly driving beyond the limits of the road/car/driver ability.

it is the glare of the light mounted on the wall in front of the car,

at no point did i say that it wasn't my fault, the conditions of the road werent as they normally are, and i don't always drive as an ***, i behave myself 90% of the time as i use the car for advertisement and i have a name as a safe driver. but we all mistakes and i have had my eyes opened that things can go wrong. and i will keep my racing to the track for the time being.

but we are all guilty for giving the car the gun everynow and again, as too the legality of the number plates, this is only a new thing in northern ireland and these willl be made today.

as too insurance i am paying over £1800 for car, property+contents and public libility every year

Blimy, you've taken a bit of back hander from this lot... here's a bit of advice for next time - just put 'Span the car into hedge due to cows in road'
