I passed Hockmeyer Motors of Sleaford at the weekend and noticed that there's only a Daihatsu sign outside. The only evidence that it's ever been a Skoda dealer was a few used models parked outside.

I'm surprised there's been no comment here. Perhaps there aren't many yellowbellies on Briskoda.

Northcliff motors in south yorkshire have done exactly the same! Skoda signs down Daihatsu ones up and just a few used and pre reg Skodas to hint at what they once were.

Northcliffe deleted from our Reviews section. Skoda UK's site still lists Hockmeyer as a Skoda dealer. Perhaps they (Skoda) haven't been told about Hockmeyer? :(
