Pedals nice and close together!

At the risk of sounding stupid – what happened?

I had a lot of bruising and cuts etc but nothing serious, buy who hit me was in a saxo and hit me with his passenger door so you can imagine how he was. The police are pressing charges on him for careless driving and told him he was lucky not to have a passenger or he would be looking at death by dangerous driving. Shows how strong the car is though.

always bloody saxo drivers!!!!!!!!!!!!he was a very lucky boy e didnt have a passenger and that you was in a very solid car or you might of been in trouble..if that happened to me and the kids was in the car i just cant think what i would do to him!!!!!!!!!!!

Fooooook that's a good 'un.

blood and sandthats severe, your lucky to survive the impact! geezs! by the way - the guy in the pic with the van, think his climate control quote may be a tad iffy lol any idea when you can replace the car and what with?

Looks absolutely awful, but I think Baker would be pretty impressed with the beading on that rear quarter panel :)

the car had been untouched for 3 months whilst the police investigation was been done thus the filthy unclean car.

Nasty you must be gutted, at least you're ok. Maybe time for the Mk2 vRS?

Brimma correctly pointed out you're instead of your lol

Jesus! That's nasty! Glad you're ok - probably helped that you were hit by a tin-foil car :)

Ouch. Are you gonna get another one?

mate, can I have your rear wiper motor?

A story like this is exactly why you should declare all mods etc to your insurance... you might be a perfectly safe driver, but it's all the other idiots you have to look out for.

I hope you get it settled ASAP, and glad you're OK. I think you were pretty lucky looking at that!

how can you tell he's pretty from the pic, ben? think its beyond a remap tho tee hee hee

is it worth you buying it back off the insurance and stripping for parts? It can help toward the cost of another if the insurance payout is a bit low.

Ouch

Glad you came out of it okay

Bloody hell! It's stood up well though, especially considering speed of impact and the circumstances.
