Hi All

Since this snowy weather I can't get the "full" boot to open. The right hand handle does nothing and I need to get suitcases in tomorrow.

Anybody got any ideas please?

Sounds like it's iced up.

You can either wait for it to thaw or pour lukewarm around the hatch/boot channels.

A few well placed thumps with the heel of your hand may also free it but be careful not to dent it!

Thank you, I've removed all ice and tried but still nothing.

It also look as though the actual "small boot" isn't closed properly i.e. it's not sitting flush but the computer shows it closed :wonder:

Just found a previous post and by leaning on the boot whilst pressing the right hand button, it now works.

Still doesn't look right but can get it checked at a later date now.

I'm sure I read somewhere that there is an issue with the electronics below -4c
