Loud Banging noise from drivers side front wheel

Featured Replies

Hi

Im after some help my wife drives a 2002 skoda fabia 1.9tdi and recently whenever full lock is applied to the right while stationary a large banging type noise can be heard from the drivers side front wheel, was wondering if anyone has any idea as to what this might be and if so how much it would be to get fixed?

Thanks in advance.

Sounds like a CV joint....

Snapped spring or as vRSLen said CV joint

If it's doing it while stationary it's not a CV joint. Possibly spring, or something to do with the steering rack.

Console bush gone??
