Im getting confused between all the remaps!

I'm saying this as im chewing some toast looking on the AmD web site which shows the price of a remap at

I think that members who have used those 3 tuners are all happy with the results achieved.

Well, this just what I've read, or had mates tell me:-

AmD - Not the highest figures, but a good remap all the same. One-click was cheap, but now its gone up?

Revo - Slightly higher figures, but also apparently a more "brutal" delivery. SPS1 is available on diesels, the higher ones only for petrol cars. More expensive option when specified with SPS1 than One-click.

Jabba - Higher figures again, but also places most strain on components. My mate had this done, and had clutch slip on a 4000 mile Ibiza TDI Sport within 50 miles of leaving Jabba. Cheapest option if you wish to do a Custom Remap.

Star Performance - Average price, slightly lower figures than Revo and Jabba but said to work well within the tolerances of standard components?

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

only IMO (dont want to start) I like AMD, cheap... and very good BHP plus true switching as it copied the maps not just switches

1. Clutch slip is not unknown on the Fabia vRS regardless of which tuner you go to.
