Is there a Permanent & Ignition live at back of Radio?

Does it need an adaptor cable?

HI Gaff

You will need something like this:

The problem with can-bus systems the radio's are controlled via the can-bus, and so don't have live and ign switch so you

need something like the above, to obtain a switch from the can-bus

Hang on a min, what car have you got ? you have placed the post in Fabia 1 but your profile says Octavia 11 Vrs !

if it is a mk1 Fabia the dis-regard what I say but if Octavia 11 please read above.

If its for a fabia, the live and ignition wires for the stereo are the opposite way around, so you may need to switch them matey

Yea I have an Octy, but the question is indeed for a Fabia mk1. So the cable with the kit is ISO, so does that mean you DON'T NEED an additional adaptor cable?

 After seeing references to Can Bus etc I wanted to make doubly sure, it ain't my car and don't wanna get a surprise and have a lack of equip. after driving 100mile plus

swap the orange and red fuse holders on the parrot kit round be careful not to lose fuses, then plug and play, the most simple of fits in this car
